Breath ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy.

DATA COLLECTION

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data — including breathing sessions, anxiety scores, preferences, and safety plans — is stored locally on your device.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No Firebase, no Facebook SDK, no Mixpanel, no Google Analytics.

APPLE HEALTH

With your permission, the app reads heart rate and heart rate variability from Apple Health during sessions and writes Mindful Minutes back. We never copy or store HealthKit data outside of Apple Health.

IN-APP PURCHASES

Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

DATA DELETION

You can delete all your data at any time from Profile > Delete All My Data. This permanently removes all sessions, check-ins, assessments, and profile data from your device.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app.
